“Leaving the hotel at 9.30am for a drive through the Preseli Hills to Cardigan, gateway to the Teifi alley and the Ceregigion and Pembrokeshire Coastal Paths. This ancient town sits on the estuary of the River Teifi at the base of Cardigan Bay. Enjoy some time to explore at your leisure. From Cardigan, a short drive on takes you to Cenarth Falls, a cascade of waterfalls with a well-known salmon leap!
A picturesque short stop here. Continuing on to visit The National Wool Museum in Dre-fach Felindre, Llandysul. This expansive museum offers a wealth of information about the Welsh history of weaving and wool making, including weaving demonstrations if you’re luckyenough to experience this during your visit here. There is a huge display of machinery and exhibits, along with a gift shop & lovely café (although please be advised that the café is subject to changeable opening hours).
