Adjoining the village is the famous Seaton Electric Tramway. The property is centrally located in a very flat area within easy walking distance of the town centre, the shops and local services and only a hundred metres from the beachfront.

Lyme Bay, like its sister resort Sand Bay, is well known for its extensive range of professional entertainment. Every evening they have live music and cabaret and plenty of opportunity to dance the night away in their impressive ballrooms, or enjoy the Bar with regular entertainment.
