HOLIDAY ITINERARY

DEPARTURE DAY - SUNDAY We leave the South West and travel along the South Wales coast to Fishguard and cross the Irish Sea to Rosslare. A chance to purchase an evening meal in the excellent restaurant and cafes on board one of Stena Lines premier ships.
We continue through County Wicklow to Dublin, arriving mid evening. An Irish welcome awaits at the Ardmore Hotel with warming tea and biscuits.

DUBLIN CITY TOUR After a traditional Irish breakfast, we are joined by our Irish guide for a full tour of Dublin city. You are then free to explore the sights - the New Guinness Hopstore Museum, Grafton Street, National Museum & Gallery, the Castle, Cathedral....

WICKLOW MOUNTAINS & BALLYKISSANGEL A full day tour into the Wicklow Mountains for a glimpse of the real Ireland. Visiting Glendalough and the village of Avoca, setting for the T.V series Ballykissangel.

OPTIONAL TOUR OF THE IRISH NATIONAL STUD & JAPANESE GARDENS Your choice, enjoy more time in Dublin, (one day is not enough), or join the coach for a tour of the Irish National Stud Farm & Japanese Gardens. Entrance is approximately £10. In the evening, explore Dublin’s Temple Bar - a hive of bars and irish music. There is regular public transport near the hotel
