ILFRACOMBE
(5 day holiday only) We visit the seaside resort
of Ilfracombe. Nestled on the North Devon coastline,
the town established around a historic natural
harbour. To reach the sandy beaches, unique
tunnels have been quarried through the cliffs.
Explore the sea-front and gardens, the many
shops, galleries, cafes and maritime pubs
January to March ‘Atlantic Village’ - a fabulous
outlet shopping centre on the edge of Bideford.

The Narracott Hotel, Woolacombe A beautiful location,
overlooking the bay, is complemented by the warmest
of welcomes. All bedrooms are en-suite with colour
television and tea-making facilities. The licensed
restaurant and comfortable lounges offer great views

borough in the UK and which locals lay claim to be
the best ‘blooming’ town in the world, being many
times winner of ‘Britain in Bloom’ and numerous international
‘floral town’ awards. Enjoy the delightful parks and
gardens and visit Green Lanes, North Devon’s premier
shopping centre.
DARTINGTION CRYSTAL
Off to see Devon’s finest craftsmanship at famous
Dartington Crystal - enjoy the galleries and cafe
of the visitors centre or discover the Crystal Story
on the factory tour (entrance approx £3 not included).
CLOVELLY
April to October tours venture along the coast to
the treasured village of Clovelly, a tiny fishing
village hanging on a 400ft cliff. Delightful fishermens
cottages and old shops. (For those who cannot manage
the steep village street, a fare paying Land Rover
service operates from Easter to the end of October).
