HOLIDAY ITINERARY
SATURDAY:
First to Kent for our crossing to France. On to
our overnight hotel in Germany, stopping on route
to give you a chance to purchase an evening meal.
SUNDAY: Journeying
south through Germany to Austria and the Salzburger
Alps.
MONDAY: Full
day to magical Salzburg - celebrating 250 years
of the birth of Mozart. Inclusive guided tour
of the city taking in locations from the ‘Sound
of Music” film.
TUESDAY: Enjoy
the resort with its delightful shops, explore
the local mountains or take an optional excursion
to the imposing Hohenwerfen Fortress, setting
for the film “Where Eagles Dare”, numerous attractions
including weapons collection and Falconry Museum.
WEDNESDAY:
Bavaria and Berchtesgaden, home of Hitler’s infamous
“Eagles Nest”.
THURSDAY:
Incomparable beauty on the trail to the spectacular
Grossglockner Glacier. Stunning mountains in the
heart of the Tyrol.
FRIDAY: We return
back through Germany and our last overnight stay.
Once again, we stop for you to purchase an evening
meal.
SATURDAY:
Back through Belgium to Calais and our
return home arriving in the South West and South
Wales late evening. (Please note: order of excursion
days may vary)
